This is a zombie attack film and the story is better suited to a dull, low contrast look
Contrast was increased and a tilt shift effect was added in post to create a more dramatic look to this disaster drill video
Notice the removal of hairs from the first still, as well as the the contrast adjustment to bring the eye makeup out
The two examples above are from a trailer meant to mimic a blockbuster film

Final Grade
The camera original was unusable due the extreme amount of noise from the low light shot. Removing the noise and pushing the image toward blue not only rescues the shot but creates a look more expected of night time
